Terms of Service

Signexa provides healthcare-focused digital marketing services, including SEO, AI-search visibility, websites, reputation management, social media, and paid advertising, as agreed in your specific proposal or plan.

Month to month. Our services are billed monthly. There is no long-term lock-in.

Cancellation. You may cancel after any thirty-day cycle, as set out in your plan.

Ad spend is separate. Any advertising spend is billed by Google, Meta, or the relevant platform directly, or passed through at cost with no hidden markup.

You own your website, domain, Google Business Profile, analytics, and all associated data and accounts. We will never hold them hostage, and we will hand over access on request.

We commit to a defined process and honest, regular reporting. We do not, and cannot, guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or patient numbers, and we will never claim otherwise. Any results shown are illustrative and not a promise of future performance.

You agree to provide accurate information, the access we need to do the work, and to ensure that any content or claims you ask us to publish are truthful and lawful. You remain responsible for your professional and regulatory obligations, including under NMC and the Drugs and Magic Remedies Act.

Our work relies on platforms like Google and Meta, which have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their decisions, outages, or changes.

We keep your confidential information private, and we expect the same in return. An NDA is available on request.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the [three] months before the claim. [Adjust with legal counsel.]

Either party may end the engagement per the cancellation terms above. On termination, we'll hand over your accounts and any work in progress as agreed.
